Our straightforward yet robust applications are second to none. By utilizing digital imaging of records, biometric fingerprint recognition for both authentication and signatures, automatic data population of forms, generation of reports and graphs, paperless processes, eCitation compatibility, and interfaces to other agencies/vendors for data streaming (using XML and other methodologies), our solutions implement leading edge technologies in a seamless, easy-to-use manner.
In addition to our software solutions, Syscon also offers Preservation Services that allow your office or agency to archive legacy paper records. We use sophisticated equipment for scanning of paper records (both bound and unbound), plat maps, microfilm, mircofiche, aperture cards, etc. With appropriate indexing, unmanageable volumes of paper are searchable from a computer and can be viewed/printed with a simple click of a mouse.
Whether your goal is to modernize your court process by leveraging paperless technology, automate land records recording, or streamline parking ticket collections, Syscon has the solutions to meet your needs. |
